Human Resource and Administration Coordinator
Magdalena is a dual professional with expertise in both Human Resources and Law, bringing over 14 years of experience working with Civil Society Organizations. She has spent five of those years specializing in Human Resource Management, working closely with senior leadership and Boards of Directors on strategic HR matters.
In addition to her HR expertise, Magdalena has more than a decade of experience in Labour Law and labor dispute resolution. She is also an Advocate of the High Court. Magdalena holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Institute of Social Work.
